THE ISLAND SCHOOL TEACHER CONFERENCE Each August The Island School hosts a Teacher Conference. The Teacher Conference is an opportunity for teachers, administrators, guidance counselors and others in the education field to learn about our program and collaborate with other professionals. Our participants come from our sending schools as well as other schools throughout the U.S., Canada, and The Bahamas.
THE ISLAND SCHOOL TEACHER CONFERENCE

This is truly a transforming experience.” -Bill Waters, Literature, Bryn Mawr School “A program like this revitalizes and re-energizes teachers making them excited to return to their schools with new ideas that will positively impact their community."-Allison Forbes, Science, Vermont Academy
